William R. Hammon

William R. Hammon, 82, of Pendleton, Indiana, passed away January 4, 2023.  He was born in Healdton, Oklahoma, he worked 25 years Naval Air War civil service, and 6 years at Raytheon Technical Company.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol Hammon, daughter; Lorie Broyles, sisters; Linda Kirkpatrick and Judy Hammon.  2 brothers; Jerry and Tom Tanner.  5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchild.  Service will be held on Monday January 9, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis with visitation at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until service time.  Burial will be at Marion Nation Cemetery January 11, 2023.
