Terry Loren Addison

Terry Loren Addison, age 61, of Anderson, passed away on June 28, 2023, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was born on June 15, 1962, in Muncie, IN to Jim and Shirley Addison.

Terry was a graduate of Pendleton Heights HS. Throughout his life he worked at Brockway Glass, then as a truck driver, always providing for his family. Terry truly had a heart of gold. He raised children that he didn’t have to, making sure they had the best in every situation. Even though he acted tough on the outside, Terry was a real softy on the inside. He was unique, caring, and genuine. He enjoyed camping, watching Nascar or anything to do with racing, or drinking a can of Budweiser with his friends. You could find him watching old TV shows or tinkering with something at home. He enjoyed collecting things like old tools or anything to do with racecars. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Terry is survived by his wife of 37 years, Terri Ann Addison; children Chassidy Addison Smith (Randy), Brandi Bryant (Charles Walker), David Addison (Angie), and Steven Addison (Christy); grandchildren Tucker McQuade, Randy Smith, Jessica Bryant (Eric), Derrick Bryant, Tyler Addison, Justin Addison, Gracie Addison, and Gemma Addison; great-grandchildren Ezriah Garner and Alexandria Henricks; siblings Ezekiel and Larry; mother-in-law Gladys Hofer; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents listed above, and maternal and paternal grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 19, 2023, at his pond beginning at 1pm.
