Steven Scott Kerr, 40, passed away June 23, 2016. Cremation will take place with a Celebration of Life Gathering on Saturday July 16, 2016 from 5-9pm at Falls Park in Pendleton. There will be a pitch-in dinner as well as some music. Arrangements are under the care of Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services- Anderson.
