Stacey Jo Barbee

Stacey Jo Barbee, 66, of Noblesville, passed away on January 7, 2026. She was born on July 11, 1959, in Indianapolis. Stacey graduated from Lawrence Central High School in 1977. She was a hairdresser before she began working for CosmoProf Beauty Supply where she worked for a long time.

Stacey loved horses, the Indianapolis Colts, the Eagles band, crafting, and sewing. She had a horse named April when she was younger; the love Stacey had for April inspired her love for the majestic creatures for the remainder of her life. Stacey’s creativity came from her mother, Janet. They had a business for a time called B&B Sewing that allowed them to spend more time together selling their sweatshirts. Stacey loved working with her mother; she was her best friend.

Stacey was sassy in her younger years and became the fun aunt for her nieces. She loved to play board games and card games with them; nights together often ended in fits of laughter. When her nieces had children, Stacey would never pass up the chance to hold and spoil her great-nephews and nieces.

Stacey is preceded in death by her mother, Janet Barbee; aunts, Marilyn Wright and Barb Muse; and uncle, Ralph Muse, and both sets of grandparents.

Stacey is survived by her father, Robert Barbee; brother, Kevin Barbee; nieces, Amber Bloss (Jacob) and Amanda Solem (Lukas); great nieces and nephews, Conner Bloss, Keegan Bloss, Kendall Bloss, Miles Solem, and Lolly Solem.

Visitation will be from 11am to 12pm on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a service to start at 12pm. Stacey’s final resting place will be next to her mother at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN. Arrangements provided by Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence.
