65, Clayton, passed away on November 13, 2016. She is survived by her husband, Harold Hurst; daughter, Tammy (Bill) Hurst; son, Robbi (Krystal) Hurst; sisters, Karon Brezko, Carol Alexander, and Vicki Endicott; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
Gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, November 18,2016 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM, at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services 1604 W. Morris Street, Indpls, IN
