Sherrill Lunsford

With sorrow in our hearts, we wish to announce the passing of our dear mother, Nana and friend, Sherrill “Sherry” Lunsford, 79, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on January 16, 2023.  She was born on November 15, 1943, in Pittsburgh, PA.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene Lunsford; her son, Bruce; and her great grandson, Justin.

Sherry will always and forever be loved and remembered by children; (Patrice), Lisa, Bret, (Tina) and Heather; grandchildren, Mathew, Nathan, (Mykala), Danny, Sara, (Erik), Katie, (Jon), Gordon, Parker, Eldin, Deena, (Jacob), Cole, (Jenny),  Kyle, (Abby), and Cayden; great grandchildren; Faith, Keith, Josh, Jackson, Christopher, Ian, Justin, Kinsley, Aubree, Braxton, Karina, Callum, Mia, and Elijah; sister, Linda; and many other extended family and friends.

We will be gathering in a private room after Sherrill’s funeral service at Half Liter BBQ, 5301 Winthrop Ave, Indianapolis. You are welcome to attend, but please note that if you order food and drinks, it is self pay.
