Sheri was born in Anderson, IN to parents Earl Gothard and Rita (Russell) Gothard.

She is preceded in death by her bothers Ron Smith and Larry Russell, her parents.

Survivors include her son James E. Price (Heather), sister Darlene Gothard, and special friend Randy White.
