Sheila I. Matthews

Sheila I.  Mathews, 88, of Indianapolis, rejoined her husband in Heaven on July 12, 2022.  She was born on April 5, 1934 to the late William and Grace Reed.  She worked as a C.N.A. for over 30years, in her spare time, she loved reading, mushroom hunting, and the movie, Dirty Dancing. She leaves behind her children, Davey Mathews, Terri Hynes, Regina (Mike) McDaniel, Angela (Pat) Korando, as well as 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.  Also left to cherish her memory is her brother, Sunny Reed, 2 sisters, Billie Lawson, and Elaine Johnson.  She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters.  Service for Sheila will be held on Wednesday July 20, 2022 at 11:00 am at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis, with visitation on Tuesday from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.  Burial will follow the service on Wednesday at Floral Park Cemetery.
