Sharon Kay Lowery

Sharon Kay Lowery (White), aged 74, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2024, in her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on May 27, 1950, in Indianapolis.

Sharon's life was marked by her profound commitment to her family and her passion for music, particularly gospel, which brought joy and solace throughout her life. She spent her most cherished moments with her beloved son Arvine his wife Denise, and her granddaughter Jennifer, often enjoying family cookouts filled with laughter and reminiscing about old times.

Sharon is survived by her husband Mike Lowery of 44 years, her son Arvine Spaulding and his wife Denise; her granddaughter Jennifer; brother Tony Romano (Nancy) her sister Juanita Thomas and (Jeff) and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and her legacy of love and music will live on through them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Frank White Sr. and Estelle Dean White, (Hornaday)as well as her brothers Cecil Frank White Jr., Delbert L. White, George White, and her sister Andi Bacher. Nephew George A. White and Niece Kelli M.Allen

Funeral services for friends and family will be held at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, located at 1604 West Morris Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, on September 10th, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The family invites all who knew Sharon to join in celebrating her life and the joy she brought to so many.
