Sarah J Asher (39) died suddenly, and unexpectedly on September 15, 2022. She was residing in Anderson, In. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her idea of a stranger was just a friend she hadn’t met yet. She had an incredibly beautiful singing voice. Sarah was intelligent, bold, fearless, loving, kind, sweet, and fought for the people she loved most, as well as the things she believed in!
The last years of her life were focused on her relationship with God. She became a mighty woman of God in the last year and a half of her life!
She became a leader of a Bible study, as well as a disciple of Jesus Christ our Lord. In that time, she reached many others with the gospel and lead some to find salvation through Him.
Sarah was preceded in death by her father James (Jimmy) Asher, Aunt Bobbie Baker, Uncle Carl L Asher, her Grandparents
Carl and Lillian Asher, Bob (pawpaw) Shaw, Beverly Hendricks, Jeannie (Mawmaw) Shaw, Uncle Bob Shaw, and her Stepfather Anthony Dalton l.
Sarah is survived by her precious daughter Lillian (Lilly pea) James, grandson Jacobi Robinson,
Mother Pennie Shaw/Asher/Dalton, Sister Jennifer Harlan, Aunt Deb and Uncle Bill Phelps, Aunt Jan Shaw. Half siblings: Todd Moses of Florida, Jerry Asher and Gina Asher of California. Cousins: Dan Asher, Kathy Asher, Amy Oakes, Graham Case, Lee case, Stepbrother Anthony Dalton ll, step sisters Antionette Dalton Jolie Dalton, and Samantha Reed.
A Celebration of Life and of Sarah going home for all friends and family will be held on November 5th.
