Ruby Lee Thomas

Ruby Lee Thomas, passed away on October 9, 2023, after a courageous two-year battle with cancer. She was born on February 10, 1952, to the late Dewey and Nancy Ford in Crossville, TN.

Ruby worked in various healthcare roles during her working career, including Countryside Manor and Bethany Pointe.

She is survived by her daughter Nancy Beane (Jim); stepson Phillips Nicholas Thomas; grandson Austin Beane; granddaughter Kaitlyn Beane; great-grandsons Eli Beane Ford and Hunter Leonard; sistet Mary Taylor (Larry) of Anderson; brother Alvin Ford of Tennessee.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Timothy Thomas in 2012, siblings William "Ray" Ford, Jody Ford, Carrie Martin, Claude Ford, Stella Phipps, Clayton Ford, and John Ford.

A visitation will be held on Friday October 13, 2023, at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Services - Anderson from 2-4pm with a funeral service to follow.

Burial will take place at a later date at Maplewood Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank Countryside Manor and Living Community, especially Bridget and Andreka for their special care and attention to Ruby during her stay and illness.
