Jeff was born on November 13,1955, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert W. and Jacqueline M. Ramey. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald A. Ramey (Chong S). Survivors include five brothers: Robert A. Ramey (Judy), Richard Ramey, Gary Ramey (Pam) David Ramey, and Michael Ramey (Lois). He had two sons, Derek L. Ramey, Jordan M. Ramey (Jenna); and two grandsons, Oliver Beindorf and Miles Ramey.

After attending Arsenal Technical High School, he joined the U.S. Army and served in the reserves for 2 years. He had a variety of jobs over the years and especially enjoyed driving cars at Huber Auction Group in Greenfield, Indiana.

Jeff had a good sense of humor. He always had something to share and laugh about. He was a Christian and a member of New Circle Church in Indianapolis. He loved classic rock, such as The Beatles and the Rolling Stones, and he also liked Johnny Cash. He was a sports fan, enjoying the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.

Jeff will forever be missed.
