Rissie Bee Ramsey was born on July 28, 1928 to Charlie and Emeline Kirby, in Mount Vernon, Kentucky. She was married to the late Walter Ramsey who preceded her in death. She had 4 children, Betty Cline (deceased) Roscoe (Diane) Ramsey, Bobby (Debbie) Ramsey, and Carolyn Ramsey (deceased). 11 grandchildren, Tammy Barnard, Melissa Miller, Johnny Ramsey, Laura Ramsey, Bobby Ramsey Jr., Matthew Ramsey, Amanda Burton, Derek Ramsey, Lynn La Fara, Amy Ellis, Dan Ramsey Rissie had 31 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews in Indiana and Kentucky. She lived a long and blessed life. Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis assisted the family. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery.
