Rickey Lee Martin Jr.

Rickey Lee Martin Jr., age 46, currently residing in Ingalls, passed away unexpectedly on July 7, 2023. He was born on January 4, 1977, in Beech Grove, IN to Rickey Lee Martin Sr. and Cheryl A. (Hope) Martin.

Rickey was a kind, generous person who would give you the shirt off your back if you needed it. He was intuitive, extremely intelligent, and had a huge heart. He enjoyed working in construction flipping and renovating homes. His hobbies included flying remote control airplanes, working on cars with his dad, and spending time with family. He truly wanted to take care of people. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Rickey Jr. is survived by his wife Heather Martin; children Chelsea Strother (Chad), Dustin Martin (Killian), and Destinee Long (Caleb); grandchildren Ryker, Caspen, Jaydin, and Dean; father and stepmother Rickey Martin Sr. and Dana; Uncle Mike Baker; and siblings Jaime Craig (Shawn) and Amber Garrett (Columbus).

He is preceded in death by his mother Cheryl Martin and sister Viola Rodriquez.
