Rex May

Rex Alan May of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on March 15, 2024, at age 62. He was born on April 11, 1961, to Wilson and Marlene (Hurst) May. Rex was known in his community for his business, Rex May Plumbing.

Rex loved to tinker, fix what was broken, and was always willing to help someone in need. He worked to serve the customers of his plumbing company during the workday and after hours he worked to serve his family, friends, and neighbors. He showed his love through selfless acts of service to those around him. He was a cherished husband, an admired father, and a much-loved brother, cousin, uncle, grandfather, and son.

Rex is survived by his wife and soulmate of 41 years, Pamela May; son, Kyle May; parents Wilson and Marlene May; grandchild, Kole May; siblings, Joyce (DeBaun) Eggleston, Doug and Rick DeBaun, Debbie (May) Gremillion, and Sam May; among many other friends and family.

Rex will be remembered for his kind soul and selfless acts of helping the people he loved.
