Penelope Blickle

Penelope “Penny” Blickle, 74, of Indianapolis, Indiana and Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on December 21, 2022 in Indianapolis.  Penny was born in Grand Rapids to the late, Ralph and Mary Ellen Paine.  Penny spent 68 years in Grand Rapids before moving to Indianapolis.  She retired from Aquinas College, where she was the office manager of the physical plant.  Penny loved to spend time with her family as well as reading and sewing.  She was an avid crafter and loved to do crafts. Her summers were spent at her cabin on Torch Lake in Michigan.  Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Carrie (Bob) Lang II, son, David Blickle II and her grandchildren, Tate and Emma Blickle, and Shaun Lang, brother, Ralph “Rick” (Robin) Paine III, and a host of extended family members.  A memorial service will be held at a later date in Michigan.
