Patty Jo Miller

Patty Jo Miller, age 80, of Anderson, passed away at Countryside Health and Living on June 16, 2023. She was born on November 2, 1942, to the late Harry A. Kirchenbauer and Ethel J. (Swain) Kirchenbauer.

Patty worked as a receptionist most of her life. She enjoyed bargain shopping, latch hook, puzzles, and going to the casino. She was outgoing, free-spirited, truly one-of-a-kind. She was adventurous and loved to travel. She was an avid animal lover but had a soft spot for cats. For a time, she raised parrots and parakeets. She was a wonderful sister, aunt, daughter, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Patty is survived by her siblings Harry L. Kirchenbauer (Maureen) and Linda Byrne; nieces and nephews Chris J. Kirchenbauer (Diana), Kimerly Gann, Mark Kirchenbauer (Melissa), Robert Kirchenbauer (Amy), Kelly Davidson (John), Darcie Austin, Robert Byrne (Diane), Vicki Basey (Bob), and John David Byrne; 17 great nieces and nephews; and 2 special cats.

She is preceded in death by her parents listed above, baby brother William Kirchenbauer, and niece Amye Blaylock.

A visitation will be held on Monday June 26, 2023, from 2-3pm with a funeral service beginning at 3pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson, located at 504 W. 9^th St., Anderson, IN 46016.
