Patrick Wilson Sr.

d. July 22, 2023

Lebanon, Indiana

Patrick Wilson Sr. of Lebanon, IN, age 58, lost his battle with liver cancer on July 22, 2023. He went to be with Jesus in his home, peacefully, with his wife by his side. He was so very grateful to those who came to visit him at the end.

He attended Indiana School for the Deaf from 1969 to 1984, where he earned the title “Motor Mouth”. He worked as a Data Analyst for the Indiana State Police Department from 1987 to 1990. He was nick-named “Clark Kent” for his fast typing skills, “Chuckles”. He attended college at Davenport University from 1992 to 1994 graduating with an associate’s degree in Business Management. He truly enjoyed his time in the kitchen, from making banana bread with his grand daughter, to peanut brittle during the holidays and lasagna for dinner. As a die-hard Chicago sports, fan he was able to attend several Cubs games and even a Bears game with his son and grandchildren. In 2014 he gained his 3rd and furriest child (dog), Molly. Molly did her best to keep Patrick on his toes at all times. Later in his life, he gained a love of teaching God’s word at Lighthouse Baptist Church. Patrick met his wife, Ly, in 2009 and quickly fell in love and was married in 2010. They were blessed to have 13 years together.

Patrick was born March 4th, 1965 to parents Harold (late) and Nancy Wilson. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Ly Wilson, of Lebanon, IN, his sons, Patrick Jr (Hayley) Wilson of Kingsport, TN and Alex (Erika) Wilson of Greenwood, IN and his six grandchildren: Emmalou, Wyatt, Evan, Brantley, Delilah, Harper of Kingsport, TN. Also survived by his 5 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
