Patricia "Patty" Wilson

Born to Herman “Bud” Wilson and Katherine Cox on February 4, 1958 in Anderson, IN. Patty spent her life in Anderson, Indiana. She enjoyed being outside, especially riding her Harley Davidson, getting as much “Wind Therapy” as she could until the cancer became too much. Patty was a very independent, determined, and kind person. Everyone who knew her, knew she was a caring person, a compassionate caregiver to many and will be missed dearly.

Patty leaves behind her mother, Katherine Cox, Texas, three daughters, Shanda (Jeffrey) Lee, Hawaii, Jessica Shepherd (Tennessee), Amanda Mathis (Daniel Belli), Anderson and one son, Trent McFadden, Pennsylvania. As well as three Sisters, Sandy Anderson, Vallonia, IN, Betty Jo (Chris) Bair, Anderson, Peggy Sue Wilson, Texas and a brother, Scott Cox (Laura Ann), Texas. And, several grandchildren, a great grandson, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, a brother, Robert (Bobby) Harman, several grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

We would like to thank all the staff at Community Hospital for their care and support as we closed the last chapter of her life. You helped make this very sad and difficult time a little less painful.

 A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11:30 am at Anderson Memorial Park. Everyone is welcome. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 15th at Redbud Estates Mobile Home Park in their Community Event Center located at 1800 W. 38th Street, Anderson, IN.
