Ned G. Breedlove

Ned G. Breedlove Sr., 79, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on October 25, 2025. He was born on January 20, 1946, to William and Virginia Breedlove in Marion, Indiana.Growing up, Ned spent his teen years in Greensburg, IN. After high school, he proudly served in the Army National Guard. Throughout his life he spent time residing in Union City, OH, Bradenton, FL, Parker City, IN and most recently Anderson, IN. 

Ned began his career in the family grocery business and later worked as an auto detailer for many in years in Winchester, IN before becoming a small business owner, running a family cleaning company for the last several years. Outside of work, he loved being outdoors and spending time near the water. He enjoyed boating, swimming, water skiing, riding motorcycles, attending concerts, working in the yard, and caring for his three pups. Most of all, he treasured time spent with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Candice Breedlove; son Ned Breedlove Jr. (Julie) and their children Mallory, Brooke, Gweneth, and Lauren; daughter Tiffany Rains (Dale) and their children Tayler, Ashlei, Dash, Dax, and Addi; son Justin Breedlove and his children Chandler, Liam, and Constance; stepchildren Wesley Bender, Kera Humphries (William) and their children Amanda, Haylee, and Xavier and grandchildren Greysen and Corey Carter; Misty Pierce (Eric) and their son Clayton and grandson Colton Pierce; and Heather Reger and her children Hunter and Hannah. Ned is also survived by his brother Jerry (Melissa) Breedlove, as well as several cousins, including close cousin, Ken (Denise) Butler.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Ginny Breedlove.

Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services is honored to care for Ned and his family during this time. A Visitation will be held at Legacy on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 from 6pm-7:30 with a service beginning at 7:30.
