Nathan Hilton

Nathan Hilton, 91, of Nineveh, IN, passed away on November 27, 2023.  He was born on December 22, 1931, in Gallatin, TN, to the late Stokley and Tryphenia (Bradley) Hilton.  Nathan graduated from Gallatin High School.  He served in the U.S. Army.  Nathan was an electrician for St. Francis Hospital, retiring in 1992.  He was a member of the American Legion

Nathan liked to help family and friends. Also walks in the woods with his cats, riding his atv, fishing, tinkering on his cars, lawn mowers, and other equipment, He liked staying busy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, mentioned above; wife, Roberta (Hoovler) Hilton; and siblings, Mary Sue, Elizabeth, Polly, Walter, William, Herbert, Joe, and James

Nathan is survived by his children, Nathan Bradley Hilton (Darci), Scott David Hilton and Gary Jackson Hilton (Elizabeth); 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and siblings, Carrie and Jane; along with many nieces and nephews.  

Visitation will be from 12pm to 1pm on Monday, December 4, 2023, at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a service to start at 1pm. Guests will have time to share their memories of Nathan also, if so desired. Entombment to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
