Michael Zornes, age 70, of Elwood, IN, passed away at his home on August 26, 2023. He was born on December 17, 1952, to the late Winfred Zornes and Betty (White) Seyferly.
Michael was someone with the biggest heart and kindest spirit. He enjoyed going out to eat, hunting, shooting targets, and was a very avid golfer. He enjoyed horses and loved his German Shepard Dogs. He worked in Real Estate for many years until most recently working for Ford in Connersville, IN. Michael was many things but most importantly he was a true friend. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family whenever he could. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Michael is survived by his brother Steven Jones (Lori); nieces and nephews Andrea Jones, Zackary Zornes (Ashley), Zachariah Janner, Nathaniel Janner, and Jacob Janner; great-nieces and nephews Aleysha Jones, Christian High, Lexi High, Max Zornes, and Athena Zornes; and special friends Jeff and Allen.
He is preceded in death by his parents listed above and nephew Shane Jones.
