Mary Anne Watters, 84, of Anderson, Indiana, went home to her reward in Heaven on December 5, 2025. She was born on December 9, 1940, in Mooresville, Indiana to Porter Lee and Naomi Earles.

A devoted homemaker, Mary Anne centered her life around faith, family, and service. On May 13, 1972, Mary Anne married the love of her life, Jim Watters. Together they built a beautiful life rooted in love, laughter, and faith. After Jim retired, the two enjoyed traveling the country in their motor home, making memories and sharing adventures wherever the road took them.

Mary Anne cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her gentle spirit, warm hugs, and unwavering love made her a steady and treasured presence in their lives.

She is survived by her husband of 53 1/2 years, Jim Watters; her children Wendy (Kevin) Wash, Tony Watters, and Audra (Walter) Morales. Grandchildren Adrienne (John) Kirtland, Whitney (Rob) Scott, Adam (Michelle) Koehl, Alina Watters, and Irina Watters and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Christine (Jim) Burk; special nephews and nieces Kevin (Janell) Burk, Brad Burk, Karen Dehoney, Chris (Melody) Lovell. Along with many other beloved nieces and nephews.

Mary Anne was preceded in death by her parents, sister Doris Lee Dehoney, and her twin sisters Patricia Wyrick and Leticia Roland.

Her legacy of faith, kindness and devotion to her family will forever be cherished by all who knew and loved her. A celebration of her life will take place at a later date at Columbus Avenue Church of Christ.
