Mary Claudette Tyson

Mary Claudette Tyson passed away in Anderson, Indiana, on January 26, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on June 7, 1960, in Princeton, West Virginia, she spent her life creating cherished memories through her creative spirit and dedication to her family.

Mary embraced every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She took pride in making sure her family remained in contact and kept in touch with each other. Celebrating holidays with her loved ones was a passion, and each season provided her with an opportunity to express her creativity through crafts. She was a thoughtful and talented gift giver.

Mary is predeceased by her parents, Claud and Betty (Ford) White and her brother Richard White. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Robert Tyson; children, James Neubauer, Amy McPherson, Lauresa Garnett, Troy Tyson, and Sharon Farley; eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. 

Mary will be honored during visitation on Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by the funeral service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services—Lawrence. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
