In Loving Memory of Mary Frances Smith

Mary Frances Smith, aged 64, peacefully passed away on September 18th, 2023, due to natural causes.

Born in Indianapolis in 1958, Mary was the beloved child of Ora and Frances Parrish. Throughout her life, she wore many hats: a successful business owner, a loving wife to Darrell, a devoted mother to her sons, Christopher, Benjamin, Jonathan, and her daughter, Lisa. Her nurturing presence extended beyond her immediate family, as she cherished her role as a grandmother and a cherished friend to many.

Mary was preceded in death by her dear parents, Ora and Frances Parrish, her brother Mark, and Sister Lisa. She is survived by her loving husband, Darrell; her sons, Christopher, Benjamin, Jonathan; her daughter, Lisa; and her 11 adoring grandchildren.

A visitation in Mary's honor will take place on Friday, September 22nd, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Legacy Funeral Home, located at 1604 W. Morris Street, Indianapolis, IN 46221. Following the visitation, a heartfelt service will be held at 2:00 PM at the same location, followed by a graveside service at West Newton Cemetery, located at 6701 Milton St, West Newton, IN.

Mary will forever remain in our hearts, and her memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
