Mary Louise Miller

Mary Louise Miller (Smith), 85, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 4, 2023.  She was born on April 3, 1938 in Indianapolis, IN.  She was retired after operating several restaurants with her sisters, cosmetology school, several other jobs and raising a family.

Mary loved her children as well as her cats, she especially loved her dog Marley. She enjoyed music, dancing, traveling, and dining out.

Mary is survived by her husband of 48 years Clifford Kip Miller. Sisters LaDonna Stallings (Dale); Nancy Wynne.  Children Arnold Brown; Sandra (Brewington) Bowlin; Julie Brewington Beasley (Bill); Jeffery Kip Miller; Timothy Ray Miller (Lisa).

 Grandchildren Christoper Vansickle; Nick Vansickle; Jordan Kip Miller; Sheila (Brown) Allen (Timothy); Sandra (Brown) Hammonds (Steven).

Great Grandchildren Emerson, Jagger, Elliott Vansickle; Colton, Makenna Vansickle. Nathaniel, Mason Allen; Angela Morgan; Randall Clark and an additional great grandchild.

Great Great Grandchildren Aiden, Aubree, Christian Morgan.

She is preceded in death by her mother Bonnie B. (Buchannon) Wynne; father George M. Smith; sisters; Betty Bledsoe; June Cupp; Bonnie Jean Stevens; brother George Smith Jr; daughters Linda Vansickle; Debra Brewington Sayer.

Visitation is Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 11 am to 12pm at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a service to begin at 12pm.  Burial immediately following at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, In.
