Martha Anne Marsh

Martha Anne Marsh of Anderson, Indiana, passed away on July 11, 2025. Born October 8, 1943, in Anderson to Clyde and Anna Marie, Martha lived a life filled with family, humor, and care for others.

Saturdays often found her rummaging with quarters and dollar bills in hand, always on the hunt for a good find. She loved her grandkids and her dogs, Biscuit and Sassy, and spent countless hours gardening and tending to her flowers.

Cooking for others, especially during Christmas —brought her joy, and no one ever left her house hungry. Martha loved having a full house and always made room for more.

She loved to joke around and recently enjoyed following Travis and Jason Kelce-not so much for the football, just...them.

Martha grew up in Anderson and Middletown and spent time traveling with her late husband, Milford Rex, to Florida and Canada.

She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl, Trish, Dawn, and Angela; her son, Nelson; grandchildren Steven, Gracee, and Patrick; and great-grandson Augustus; along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Milford Rex: her parents Clyde and Anna Marie; siblings Geraldean, Othal, Sarah, and Joe.

Martha's legacy is one of kindness, humor, and always having room for one more at the table.
