Maria Victoria Ramos Palacio

Maria Victoria Ramos Palacio, 53, (Gay) of Indianapolis, IN, had a battle with cervical cancer stage 4 she passed away on October 30, 2022. She was born on December 23, 1968, in Manila, Philippines to Francisco Negro Palacio and Aurora Fernando Ramos (Palacio).  Maria was raised in Manila with her brother Jerry Palacio She graduated High School from the University of the Philippines in 1986 and in 1990 she graduated College with a Bachelor’s in elementary education from Pasig Catholic College and taught as an elementary school teacher in the Philippines. In 2003 Maria Graduated College from Indiana Business College and received an associate degree in Medical/ Clinical Assistant. Maria was a member of Northview Church. Maria and John enjoy time with friends singing karaoke.

Maria moved to Indiana in 1995. After receiving her associate degree in 2003 she became a Clinical Specialist at OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital. In 2005 as a Medical Assistant at Personnel Management Resource, LLC. 2005 Maria loves being a Food Service Worker.  She specializes in Asian Cuisine for the Franklin Township Community School Corporation. in 2012 she started her career at Goodwill Industries. This November is a special event to honor her working 10 years at Goodwill. Every person is affected by the personal loss of Maria. Over the years she held many contract positions as a Site Supervisor. Her last position was at the FAA, the Federal Aviation Administration Tower at the Indianapolis International Airport. Maria loved working with the people at Goodwill. Maria always shows a joyful Spirit within her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, as mentioned above. Maria is survived by her brother, Gerard Ryan R. Palacio (Ruth Palacio); nephew, Franz Palacio; niece, Pauline Palacio; and significant other, John Skouroukos.
