Margaret Jonas Francis, beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2024, at her home in Anderson, IN. Born on December 11, 1969, in Parkersburg, WV, Margaret brought joy and laughter into the lives of all who knew her.

Growing up, Margaret attended Park Elementary School, Washington Jr. High School, Parkersburg High School, and Federal Hawking High School, where she developed her her talents and passions. An accomplished clarinetist, Margaret's musical talents shone brightly as a member of the Ohio State Fair Marching Band. Additionally, she served as the president of the Pleasant County wrestling club, demonstrating her leadership and dedication to her community.

Margaret's adventurous spirit led her to explore the world, and she found great joy in traveling to new places. However, her greatest love was reserved for her cherished Chihuahuas, who brought her constant companionship and comfort.

Margaret is survived by her beloved son, Christopher Francis, who was the light of her life. She is also survived by her twin sister, Lisa Romero (Eduardo) Margret and her twin sister, Lisa, often shared the phrase, "Fly high, you are the wind beneath my wings," encapsulating their bond of love and support for one another throughout their lives; Margaret is also survived her brothers James Richard Jonas II (Peggy) and her father James Richard Jonas I (Judy). She leaves behind nieces Margaret Estrada and Codie Christian (Michael), nephews Erik Jonas (Joslynn) and Zachary Jonas, and cousin Tommy Davis (Janet), along with several great-nieces and nephews.

Margaret is preceded in death by her first husband, Larry Francis, her mother, Pamela Riggs, and her paternal grandparents, Chuck and Audrey Jonas, her maternal grandparents, Russell Rockhold and Margaret Jordan, and step-grandpa Earl Jordan.
