Lyn Beachboard

Lyn Ann Beachboard (Johnson), 63, passed away on January 13, 2024 at her home. She was born in Tipton, IN to parents Robert and Sally on March 23, 1960. Lyn is remembered as a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. 

Lyn will always be remembered for her fun loving and free spirit. Lyn had a loud personality and a contagious laugh, she often said exactly what was on her mind and did not hold much back, even when her family insisted. Lyn loved playing dice and card games with her family and spending time at the pool, as long as it wasn’t too hot. Lyn was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother calling each family member at least 3 times daily (sometimes more). Lyn and Windel were married 16 years ago in their pool at home in the backyard surrounded by friends and family. Lyn had several beloved pets throughout her life to include a special dog named Shitzie. Lyn was truly one of a kind and lived her life unapologetically. 

Lyn is survived by her husband, Windel Beachboard, her parents Robert and Sally, her children Damien (Sharon) and Dama (Melissa), her grandchildren Kory and Haley, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Lyn is proceeded in death by her sister Julie as well as several close friends and her beloved pets. 

Cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held on Friday January 19th 2024 from 5pm until 7pm at Loose Funeral Home Community Center.
