Louise Lorane Curler, the beloved matriarch of her family, peacefully passed away on February 13, 2024. She was born on December 9, 1938, to Ralph and Clarabell Mitchell.

Louise spent the majority of her life in Muskego, Wisconsin, she moved to Waterford, Wisconsin before relocating to Anderson, Indiana, approximately six months ago. She was the backbone of her family, growing up alongside 12 siblings whom she cared for dearly. Louise attended West Division High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she graduated.

In 1958, Louise married the love of her life, Lance, and together they embarked on a journey filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments. She was not only a devoted wife but also a dedicated mother and homemaker. She found joy in quilting, solving puzzles, and tending to her household.

Louise's warm and jolly personality endeared her to all who knew her. She possessed a giving heart and was known for her kindness and generosity. Her family held a special place in her heart.

Louise is survived by her husband Lance Curler; children Michael Curler (Cindy), Steven Curler (Debora), Greg Curler, and Andrew Curler(Lisa Norwick Curler); siblings Larry Mitchell (Rose), Richard Mitchell, Marvin Mitchell (Lori), John Mitchell, Mike Mitchell (Brenda), Tom Mitchell (Sami); sister in law Jan Mitchell  grandchildren: Mindi Haskett, Morgan Miller, Renee Curler, Trent Curler, Joseph Curler, Tiffany Curler, Michael Segovia, Erica Curler, Amber Curler, Jessica Esslinger, and Devin Curler; and several great grandchildren.

Louise is proceeded in death by Rodger Mitchell, Nadine Schahczinski, Rebecca Miller, William Mitchell, Nancy Mitchell, Paul and Judy Mitchell, and grandson Bradley Curler.

Louise Lorane Curler will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her during her remarkable life. Though she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
