Laura James

Laura James, 75, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on August 3, 2019. She was born on July 7, 1944 in Manchester, Kentucky to the late John Eversole and Sarah Stiedham. Laura retired from General Motors, where she worked as a line inspector for 23 years. Laura loved spending time with her family.

Laura is preceded in death by her parents, mentioned above; along with her husband, William E. James; grandson, Joseph Eversole; and granddaughter, Maysie Eversole.

Laura is survived by her son, Jay Eversole (Stacy) and granddaughter, Jaylen Eversole; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be at 1pm on Friday, August 9, 2019 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation starting at 12noon until the start of the service. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
