Obituary:
Larry Eugene Bynum, peacefully passed away in his home on April 26, 2024, in Middletown, IN. Born on April 15, 1947, in Anderson, IN.
Larry served in the United States Army after attending Anderson High School. He worked General Motors and also owned and operated his own dump truck and excavating business. He retired after 30 years.
Larry loved his grandchildren and they loved their "Paypay". Those close to Larry remember him as a simple man.
Larry had a passion for cars. He was a drag car racer and true car enthusiast, he loved tinkering with cars in his barn.
Larry is survived by his wife Elizabeth Bynum; son Travis Bynum; grandchildren Jacob Foley Bynum and Axel Rose Bynum; siblings Janis Stamper (Everett), Steve Bynum (Rebecca), and Tim Bynum (Juanita Maxwell); and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Betty Bynum; sister Teresa Bynum; and both maternal and paternal grandparents.
While Larry Eugene Bynum may no longer be with us physically, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. May he rest in peace.
