Kevin L. Robbins

Kevin L. Robbins, 62, passed away on February 22, 2024, after a valiant fight against cancer. He was born in Indianapolis on July 3, 1961.

Kevin was a hard worker who was employed by Dixon Fisheries for 28 years as a delivery driver. Away from work, Kevin was a sports fanatic who enjoyed watching and attending various sporting events. One of his favorites was auto racing, and he enjoyed both the Indianapolis 500 as well as NASCAR. Kevin also loved basketball, football, and golf. A Hoosier through and through, he would cheer on the IU basketball team as well as the Indiana Pacers. Kevin was also a big fan of the Indianapolis Colts. In addition to watching sports, he loved spending time with family and friends, especially for cookouts.

Kevin is survived by his sister, Becky (Steve) Lloyd; and his brother, Mark (Yovanka) Robbins. Others left to cherish his memory are many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Kevin also leaves behind his best friend, Ward Secor, and his cat, Whistle. 

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Murrel and Dorothy Robbins; his brother, Steve Robbins; and his sister, Deborah Robbins.

Services for Kevin L. Robbins will be held at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 1604 W. Morris St., Indianapolis.  A visitation for the family and friends of Kevin is scheduled for Friday, March 1, 2024, from 11AM until 1PM, and a funeral service will immediately follow the visitation. Kevin will then be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
