Kerry L. Saltsman Sr.

Kerry Lynn Saltsman, 65, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on April 21, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones. Kerry was a very loving and giving man who always put his family above everything. His door was always open to anyone who needed a place to stay or something to eat. He would do all he could to make sure his wife, kids, grandkids, or great grandkids didn’t need or want for anything.

Kerry is survived by his wife, Mary Saltsman; daughter Juwana Hubbard; sons Kerry Saltsman Jr. and Jonathan Saltsman; eleven grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; brothers, Tony and Joel Saltsman; and his sisters, Pam, Angie, Carolyn, and Norma.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Staples; his father, James Saltsman; his stepmother, Carol Saltsman; his brothers, James and Kenneth Saltsman; and his sister, Rachel Clifford.

Visitation will be from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, May 5, 2023, at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a funeral service starting at 1 pm.  Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.  Kerry’s family invites all who knew him to come and celebrate his life.
