Kathleen Dyer Hunt

Kathleen Dyer Hunt, of Anderson, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on November 21, 2025. She was born on October 17, 1928, in Anderson, Indiana, to Charles B. Pernod and Effie Cordelia Noble.

Kathleen lived in Alexandria, Indiana, where she met the love of her life, Robert Hunt. Together they built a family and shared 48 years of marriage before his passing. A devoted homemaker, Kathleen took great joy in caring for her home and loved spending time in her yard, fishing, cooking, and crocheting. She was a woman of faith and attended Glad Tidings Assemblies of God Church.

She is survived by her children: Linda Idlewine, Jim (Jinny) Hunt, Gary (Diana) Hunt, and Larry (Linda) Hunt; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her joy.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Hunt.

The family extends a heartfelt thank-you to Visiting Angels, Paradigm Hospice, the VA, Linda Idlewine, and the many special friends who lovingly assisted in Kathleen’s care.

Legacy is honored to care for the Hunt family.
