Julie was born September 30, 1960 to Jeanne & Dean Brumfield.
Julie is survived by her husband William Franklin, sons Justin Ancil, Cody Franklin, Tiffany Owens, Tyler Franklin Monica Hicks & 4 1\2 Grandchildren, Wyatt, Walker, Amaya, Wayland Franklin. And another on the way.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother and father Allen, Jeanne Brumfield
