Joseph M. Harris

Joseph Michael Harris (65) of Indianapolis, IN passed
away peacefully on June 10, 2023. Joe was the eldest
son of Joseph B. and Jacquelyn C. Harris born on
August 6, 1957. Joe was preceded in death by his
father, mother, sister, Susan Obergfell and brother,
Brent Harris. Joe is survived by his children, Amy
Phipps, Joe Harris Jr and Jessica (Matt) Lawson;
grandchildren, Jaden & Connor Phipps, Maddison,
Matthew, Macy and Marshall Lawson; siblings
Deborah Wilson, Tony Harris, Steve Harris, Jacque
(Ron) Morris, Melissa Calvert, Tracy Harris and many
nieces and nephews. Private celebration of life will be
held on Monday, June 12th at 4pm at Bridgeport
United Methodist Church. The family requests in leu of
