Jon Aaron Crose (Papa Jon) 55, Of Muncie, born August 10, 1967, in Anderson to Albert James Clayton Crose and Anita Louise Crose (Mitchell). Passed Away January 4, 2023, at home around 1:30 pm.

He leaves behind his life partner of 21 years Carol Harris. 6 children Aaron Crose (Stacie), Tipton, Ashley McDanell (Zachary), Elwood. Alisa Crose (Christopher), Alexandria, Brooke Wood (Josh), Summitville, Ronica Welty (Cory), Christopher Harris (Courtney) Munice,

3 Brothers Christopher Hummel, Texas, Albert Bryant Crose, Anderson, Ed Crose, Texas. 4 sisters Helen Iteen, Michigan, Tina Jones, Florida, Sadie McNamee, Florida, Bonnie Eytchison, Ohio. Several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Proceeded in death by his parents Albert and Anita. 2 brothers Ed and Albert Bryant, 1 sister Sadie. Jon was a hardworking man and helped anyone and everyone he could.

A funeral service to celebrate Jon’s life will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Legacy Funeral Service at 504 W. 9th St. Anderson, Indiana. Pastor Jeff Warrell, will officiate, Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery in Muncie. Friends and Family may gather from 12:00-2:00 pm with service to follow at 2:00 pm.
