John Michael Phillips

Mike Phillips was born on October 25, 1948, in Vincennes, Indiana, to John and Mary Jane Bailey Phillips.  He also had a brother named Mark Phillips.  Mike passed away on September 2, 2025, in Indianapolis.

Mike attended college at Indiana State University and Indiana University.  Proudly serving as a veteran, he exemplified commitment and honor, cherishing the values instilled in him throughout that time.

An avid sports enthusiast, Mike had a particular passion for golf, often found on the greens relishing in the game.  His great sense of humor brought joy to those around him.  Most importantly, Mike loved his wife, Robelyn.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Jane Bailey Philips, as well as his brother, Mark Phillips and son, Nicholas.  He leaves behind his beloved wife, Robelyn; a daughter named Hadassah; as well as a nephew and two nieces, a cousin, and a cherished friend, Terry, all of whom will carry his memory foward.

In honor of Mike's wishes, there will be no public services.  Mike Phillips will be remembered for his kindness, laughter, and the love he shared with those around him.
