John Leach, born on November 2, 1962, in Anderson, IN, peacefully passed away on May 5, 2024, in the same town he called home.
Throughout his life, John was known for his quiet nature, never one to complain and finding joy in the simple things. His will live on through those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered fondly for his career in lawncare maintenance and his genuine passion for mowing yards.
John's proudest joys included his love for jewelry and his consistent enjoyment of riding bicycles and mopeds. These hobbies brought him a sense of joy and fulfillment that was evident to all who knew him.
John is survived by his sisters Phyllis Leach and Wanda Byington; niece Amanda (Anthony); nephews David (Renee), Derrick, and Buddy (Lacy) and Tracey; several great nieces and nephews; and extended family Erica Price (Tracy) and all of the Buster Family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Pharba Leach; best friend Leonard Buster; and sisters Mary Call and Hattie Phipps.
The family would like to extend their thanks to Ascension St. Vincent Anderson, Compassus Hospice, and Edgewater Woods for their special care and compassion for John.
