Joe Steven Reyes

December 17, 1987 — December 3, 2022

Indianapolis , IN

Joe Steven Reyes, 34, was promoted to heaven December 3, 2022.

Joe was born December 17, 1987 to Laura Aguirre in Los Angeles, California. Joe’s family relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana when he was 11. Joe attended Zionsville High school and graduated class of ‘06. He lived his entire adulthood in Indiana and spent some years in Florida (he loved the beach).

Joe enjoyed spending time with his family and loved ones. Joe will always be remembered for his contagious laugh and his loving personality. Joe also had a fondness for working on cars. It started as a hobby and slowly progressed into a side business. He was good at it, he was great at it, his face lit up when he worked on cars. He took great joy in going to junkyards to find car parts. Joe traveled often, especially to visit family and friends. Joe didn’t just see people, Joe saw our souls and loved each and every one of us for what he saw inside. He will always be remembered for the beautiful, loving, happy, goofy person he was.

His death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but his love leaves a memory no one can steal. Until we meet again!

Joe is survived by his beautiful children; Gabriella, Jaiceon and Gianni. Parents; Laura and Carlos Aguirre. Siblings; Cynthia Kirby, Rosa Aguirre, Samantha Gonzalez, and Carlos Aguirre. Nieces and nephews; Bella Kirby, Oliver Kirby, Getsemani Gonzalez, Ezekiel Gonzalez and Amoura Whyde.

Padres; Laura y Carlos Aguirre. Hermanos; Cynthia Kirby, Rosa Aguirre, Samantha González y Carlos Aguirre. Sobrinas y sobrinos; Bella Kirby, Oliver Kirby, Getsemani González, Ezequiel González y Amoura Whyde.
