Jeffrey retired from Omni Severinsen where he worked for 26 years.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents; mother Zola Irene Dicus; half-brother Steven Dicus; nephew Teddy Sutton.
He is survived by his best friend Jane Dicus, mother of his three children; son Steven Dicus (Meaghan); son Michael Smith (Cara); Daughter Amy Dicus (Tam); 3 grandchildren, Chloe, Aiden, and Michael; two sisters, Carla Smith (Randy),and Adrienne Stiffler (Gary); 7 nieces and 4 nephews.
You will be greatly missed.
