Jack Alan Winton, a beloved member of the Anderson community, passed away on December 12, 2023. He was born on July 18, 1950, in Anderson, Indiana, to Clyde and Ruby Winton. Jack's roots in Anderson ran deep, and he spent his entire life in the town that he loved.

Jack led a fulfilling career as a printer for Warner Press, where he dedicated over 25 years of his life. His commitment to his work was unparalleled, and he took great pride in every project that crossed his desk. Jack's attention to detail and strong work ethic earned him the admiration and respect of his colleagues.

In addition to his thriving career, Jack also served with honor in the United States Army. His time in the military instilled within him a deep sense of duty and shaped his character. Jack's service is a testament to his unwavering commitment to his country.

Jack's passing leaves a void in the lives of his surviving family members and friends who mourn his loss. He is survived by his loving wife, Waltraud Winton, his children Jeff Winton and Kim Winton, and his cherished grandchildren Weston, Julianna, and Gianna. Additionally, he leaves behind his beloved sister Judy, as well as Alexander Ernst, Andrea Crose, and Jacquline Crose, whom he embraced as part of his extended family.
