Guy Anthony "Tony" Mcbeath

April 22, 1966 — March 6, 2023

Indianapolis, IN

Guy Anthony “Tony” McBeath, 56, entered the rest of his Lord on March 6, 2023.  He was shaped in his early years by his foster parents, Bill and Sheri Knowles, Wes and Dottie Adamatis, Charlotte & Frank Sr. Newman and Denise Moore, who raised him and instilled in him his strong sense of values.  That foundation served him well as he took on the difficult task of caring for the sick and wounded in his position as a corpsman in the Navy.  After his service, he also worked seasons as a paramedic and an electrician.  Tony’s sense of duty was matched with a big heart.  He was a consummate storyteller, always looking to make people laugh and bring a smile to their faces.  On more than one occasion he was told that he needed to write a book to try and capture all the tales he told.  He also loved animals, volunteering at the Hamilton County Animal Shelter, and showing special affection for his German Shepherd Capone.  Tony was also adventurous, loving to explore the outdoors, and relishing every moment of the many opportunities he had to travel the globe.  Through all his experiences, both the difficult and delightful, Tony trusted his savior Jesus Christ for the security of his soul and longed to meet him face to face.

Tony is survived by his Son Michael York, and greatly missed by his loving girlfriend, Aleisha Clontz, who treasured their relationship that crossed 2,000 miles and lasted over 7 years.

A memorial service will be held to give thanks for the life of Guy Anthony “Tony” McBeath, on Saturday, March 25th at 1:00pm, at Castleton Community Church, 5821 E. 91st Street.
