Georganne Stone

Georganne Stone, 82, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on December 16, 2018. She was born on November 3, 1936 in Virginia, Minnesota.

Georganne raised her 4 children with her first husband, Harland Stavos. Later, she married Roy Stone. Georganne was a member of One Way Christian Church, Beech Grove, IN. She worked as a Nurse’s Aide in the Home Health Care industry.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Stone; mother, Irene Earlsy (Lester); and children, Brenda Ableman and Peter Stavos. Georganne is survived by her children, Merry Hiller and Harland Stavos; grandchildren, Jason Hiller, Iris Hiller, Jennifer Hiller, Alethia Stavos, Dale Dow, Stanley Dow, Rebecca Matthson, and David Dow; numerous great-grandchildren; and a brother, David Golden (Ann).

There will be a celebration of life starting at 6pm on Friday, December 21, 2018 at One Way Christian Church, 2517 Albany Street, Beech Grove, IN 46107. Arrangements provided by Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence.
