75 of Indianapolis, passed on January 19, 2017.
Frankie leaves behind the love of her life and partner Cindy Kern, Brother: Jack Burns, Sister: Roberta M. Coffey to cherish her memories. She was proceeded in death by her parents Jesse and Betty (Burns) Himes, and a Sister: Mary Louise Himes
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services 1604 W. Morris St, Indianapolis from 3:00PM until time of Funeral services at 4:00PM. She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery, there is no graveside services.
