Evelyn C. Bazan

Our dear Mother, Evelyn Christina Bazan sadly passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 83.  She was proceeded in death by her husband Frank, and both her parents.

She was a wonderful Mother who was always there when we needed her.

She is survived by her five children: Carl, Bill, Randy, Joanne, and Fred; two brothers, Ken, and Bob Erwin; and two sisters Barbara Reitz, and Judy Johnson. She also had ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren as well as many friends.

Evelyn worked for Fortis Benefits for many years as a receptionist.  She enjoyed going to the casino and had a love for Elvis Presley.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
