Donald W. Roudebush

Donald Wayne Roudebush, age 82, of Anderson, passed away on January 13, 2023, at his home. He was born on July 18, 1940, to Mary Lou and Ellis Roudebush in Noblesville, IN.

As a young man, Donald umpired in the AAA baseball leagues of Northern League, Midwest League, and Carolina Leagues. Later in life, he refereed high school baseball, basketball, football, and wrestling. Also, college football refereeing. He loved watching his children and grandchildren participate in different sports.

Donald is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joyce Roudebush; children Denise Roudebush Tull (Christopher), Derek S. Roudhebush (Jenni), Ryan W. Roudebush (Claire), Michael D. Roudebush, Dara Roudebush Jones (Andrew), Timothy W. Roudebush (Tracy), and Danielle Roudebush; grandchildren Cameron Roudebush, Olivia Roudebush, Griffin Tull, Lily Roudebush, Quinton Roudebush, Sarah Jones, Grace Roudebush, Gretchen Tull, John Roudebush, Elena Roudebush, Bella Roudebush, and Gus Jones. brothers Roger and Ronald Roudebush.

He is preceded in death by his parents listed above.

A visitation will be held on Monday January 16, 2023, from 10-11:30am at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson, with a funeral service beginning at 11:30 with Pastor Rick Jones officiating.
