Donald Cabe

Donald L. Cabe, 72, of Anderson, passed away on February 17, 2019 at Providence Anderson. He was born and raised in Elwood, IN to Asa and Louise Cabe in 1946. He graduated in 1965 from Wendell Willkie High School.

Donald was a hard worker.   He worked in factories and maintenance all his life and could fix anything.  He loved going to Lake Tippy and doing anything outdoors. Donald was a very kind, polite man. He was a jokester and loved to make people laugh. He loved being a Amateur Radio Operator. His best friends were Craig Clark and David Hood. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his sister Patricia Gaither, of Anderson, IN and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding him in death is a sister, brother, two sons Jason and Jay, his parents, and grandparents.

The family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff at Providence Anderson in their excellent care of Donald.

Cremation Rites were accorded through Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
